微型企业是我国经济发展中一支极为活跃的力量,但发展过程中存在亟待解决的问题。从微型企业存在问题入手,对微型企业的发展提出一些建设性的意见,从而为微型企业的健康发展指明了方向。

The small-size enterprise is an extremely active strength in the economic development of our country. But there are some problems that need to be solved urgently in the development. This paper proceeds with small-size enterprises＇ existing problems and puts forward some constructive suggestions to their development. Finally the author points out the direction for the gound development of small-size enterprises.
