随着知识经济时代的到来,世界经济的发展比以往任何时候都更加依赖于知识的扩散和应用。科学地制定知识经济发展战略对于实现中国及发达地区经济的可持续发展有重大的现实意义。本文以新加坡和日本为研究对象,研究发展知识经济的主要影响因素,为我国相关地区发展知识经济提供科学依据。

With the coming of knowledge economy, the development of the world economy more ana more depends on the diffusing and applying of knowledge. The right stratagem is very important to the sustainable development of China and the developed area. This paper studies the mostly factor of the knowledge economy, and provides foundation to the development of area, Singapore and Japan as examples.
