苏云金杆菌(Bt)与氰戊菊酯混配防治马尾松毛虫试验

摘要 应用苏云金杆菌(Bt)对越冬代马尾松毛虫防治试验,结果表明,同一Bt浓度,室内试验幼虫死亡率较林间试验高.不同Bt浓度与1/100000的20%氰戊菊酯乳油混配林间12天防效较Bt单用有较大提高,幅度在47.96~37.35个百分点之间,林间增效作用明显,大面积防治时用500~1200倍液与1/100000的20%氰戊菊酯乳油混配为佳. Tests were conducted on controlling overwintering generation larvae of Dendrolimus Punctatus Walker with both Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) and Bt adding 1/100,000 fenvalerate by the different density in lab and in forests. The results showed that the mortality of larvae of Dendrolimus punctatus Walker was higher in lab than in forests after spraying the same amount of Bt, and that the control effects of 12 days were much better when spraying different mixtures of Bt and 1/100,000 fenvalerate than when only spraying same amount of Bt to control Dendrolimus punctatus Walker in forests, and the synergism was obvious, from 47.93% to 37.35%, When areawide applying, 500~ 1200 times solution of Bt adding 1 / 100000 fenvalerate are suggested.
