The Outline of Legal System Ethics

法制伦理学的研究对象是当代中国现实存在的伦理关系和道德行为模式,其基本任务是在对传统道德扬弃的基础上改造人们对道德的片面认识与依赖,建立合乎法制理性的新型伦理观念和道德行为模式,其基本研究方法是以西方法理学方法批判和剖析伦理道德,探讨道德改造的合理性和必要性,为我国新时期的立法活动和执法活动提供符合时代要求的法理渊源和基础性法律原则。

The research object of legal system ethics is the contemporarily existing ethical relations and moral behavior patterns in China. lts hasic task is to reconstruct people＇s one-slded understanding and dependence on morals based on the development of the good and the abandonment of the bad of the traditional morals, and to establish new ethical ideas and moral behavior patterns corresponding with the legal ,system sense. Its fundamental research method is to criticize and anatomize ethical morals and to discuss the rationality and necessity of moral reconstruction with the western method of legal system ethics, providing an up-to-date origin and fundamental legal principles for China＇s legislation and execution behavior in the new period.
