County economy is an important component of national economy whose development state, to a great extent, restricts a country and region＇s economie development and people＇s living standard. Therefore, the development of county economy is an effective way to realize in an all-round way the construction of a well-off soeiety. This article gives a preliminary discussion on the development of eounty eeonomy, analyses the factors that restrict the development and puts forward effective countermeasures to promote that all-round development of county economy.
