Blue Phase of Thermotropic Cholesteric Liquid Crystals

摘要 简述了小分子蓝相的研究现状及聚合物稳定的小分子蓝相和聚合物蓝相的研究进展。通常小分子蓝相温域较窄,仅1℃左右。聚合物稳定的小分子蓝相温域达66℃,而我们展现的聚合物蓝相宽达300℃以上,甚至低于室温也有蓝相存在。所有的蓝相全部展示可见光的布拉格反射。 Describes the research status of low-molecule blue phase and the research progress in polymer-stabilized low- molecule blue phase and polymer blue phase. Usually, low-molecule blue phase has very narrow temperature range, only around 1 ℃, the temperature range of polymer-stabilized low-molecule blue phase is 66 ℃ until now, further more, the polymer blue phase we reported is over 300 ℃, and the blue phase occurs at room temperature and less room temperature. All of them exhibit selective Bragg reflections in the range of visible light.
