摘要
采用液相烧结技术成功制得碳钢/钢结硬质合金TLMW50覆层复合材料。为了提高覆层材料的耐磨性等性能,将烧结复合成功的碳钢/TLMW50覆层复合材料进行淬火和回火热处理。利用XRD、SEM和TEM对热处理后的试样覆层粘结相组织进行分析。结果表明:在1050℃淬火、150℃ ̄250℃回火热处理后钢结硬质合金TLMW50覆层中粘结相组织发生明显转变,由烧结态下的片状珠光体组织转变为针状马氏体,1050℃淬火、200℃回火后TLMW50覆层中粘结相回火马氏体组织较其它回火温度处理后的覆层粘结相组织更细密。
The composite of carbon steel-steel-bonded cemented carbide TLMW50 cladding was fabricated by liquid phase sintering. Carbon steel / TLMW50 was quenched and tempered to increase its wear resistance and other properties. The binder microstructure of the cladding being heat treated was analyzed by XRD,SEM and TEM. The results showed that the binder microstructure of the cladding was transformed from piece pearlite to needle martensite after being quenched at 1050℃ and tempered at 150℃~250℃, more denser martensite in binder after quenched at 1050℃ and tempered at 200℃ than the other heat treatment process.
