摘要
为了研究刀具刀尖状态对已加工表面质量的影响,采用不同刀尖状态的硬质合金刀具,进行了薄切削铝合金的对比试验。试验表明,刀具各刀面粗糙度对已加工表面粗糙度和加工硬化有较大影响,刀具刀尖部分的刀面粗糙度增大,已加工表面粗糙度和加工硬化均随之增大;刀具刀尖状态对巳加工表面质量的影响程度,可用锯齿影响系数来表征,随着锯齿影响系数增大,巳加工表面粗糙度和加工硬化程度增大。
In order to research the influence of point appearance of cemented carbide cutting-tools on quality of the machined surface, the contrast experiment of fine-cutting has been done using different point appearance of cemented carbide cutting-tools. The result express that the surface roughness of cutting-tools influence the roughness and the workhardening of the machined surface compare greatly. The more the surface roughness of cutting-tools, the more the roughness and the workhardening of the machined surface. Influence coefficient of saw-teeth can mean the degree of influence of point appearance of cutting-tools on the machined surface . The more the influence coefficient of saw-teeth of cutting-tools, the more the roughness and the workhardening of the machined surface.
