摘要
本文提出一种论文发表时滞的排队论模型,指出期刊出版过程是一个随机服务系统,论文发表时滞则是系统中顾客的等待时间,并利用系统仿真技术对论文发表时滞进行随机模拟,可根据给出的仿真算法确定任一种期刊上论文发表时滞的概率分布。
The paper puts forward a model of the literature publishing stagnant time in queuing theory, point out the periodical publish process is a random service system, literature publishing stagnant time is wait for time for the system inside customer namely, and make random simulation for literature publishing stagnant time by system emulator, can according to put forward of emulator algorithm certain the literature publishing stagnant time in any a periodical.
