基于产权与组织变革的银行再造探析

银行再造作为全球银行业发展的大趋势,对我国银行改革具有极强的示范效应。银行再造首先是产权的变革,应积极推进银行业的上市重组。银行再造需要进行组织变革,应打破科层组织结构,并为银行业“消肿”。

As the trend of global banking development, reengineering the bank has a demonstrative effect to the Chinese banking system reform. Reengineering the bank firstly means the property right reform, so listed companies of the banking and assets re-organization should be actively carried forward. Reengineering the bank also requires the organization reform, and the old organization structure should be broken in order to “remove the overstaffed organization” for the bank.
