摘要
提出利用多级模糊综合评价法进行电网调度员培训评估的模型和方法。在给出多层次综合评价指标体系的基础上,运用层次分析法确定出指标体系中各指标的权重,构建了基于Fuzzy集理论的多级模糊综合评价方法。通过由数据库管理系统和评价方法管理系统组成综合评价决策支持系统,用算例阐明所提评估方法应用的步骤、功能。结果分析表明采用综合评价向量单值化方法评估调度员培训是可行的,效果良好。
An approach using muhi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate power system dispatcher training,and its model are put forward. With a multi-layer comprehensive evaluation index system and the weights for all indices decided by analytical hierarchy process method,a multi-grade fuzzy comprehensive evaluation based on fuzzy set is thus constructed. A decisionmaking system composed of database management system and evaluation method management system is built up to support comprehensive evaluation. The implementation steps and functions of proposed method are illuminated with a case. Result analysis shows that the single-valued evaluation vector method is feasible and effective in dispatcher training evaluation.
