摘要
平板宽波导 CO_2激光器波导内光场分布满足亥姆霍兹方程。在给定条件下,对光场分布方程进行求解,获得了极化模 EH_(nm)~x 和 EH_(nm)~y 的表达式。通过计算机计算,得出了在3×8 mm^2波导放电区中所存在的 EH_(1.16)极化模归一化理论分布曲线,其曲线与实验观测结果符合得很好。
The optical field distribution in wide planar-waveguide CO_2 gas laser satisfies Helmholtz equation.Under certain given conditions,expressions of the polarized modes EH_(nm)~x and EH_(nm)~y are obtained by solving optical field distribution equation.The present computation gives a normalized theoretical distribution curve of EH_(1,16)polarized mode existed in 3×18mm^2 waveguide discharge area.The curve is consistent with the experimental results.
