Moral to Enhance Law Law to Strengthen Moral

法律和道德二者有着密切的关系,法律源于道德又规范道德,道德合于法律又高于法律;法律是道德发生作用的保障,道德是立法、执法、守法的基础。目前的中国应以“道德的法律化”为主,“法律的道德化”为辅。

Law and moral are closely connected for the reason that law not only originates from moral but also regulates it while moral not only conforms with law but is also superior to law;that law guarantees the actual effect of moral while moral serves as the basis of legislation,law enforcement and law abidance. At present, China should take ＂legalization of moral＂ as the main theme and ＂moralization of law＂ as subsidiary.
