创伤性脓毒症过程中外周血PMN中bcl-2m RNA表达的变化 被引量：1

摘要 目的探讨盲肠结扎穿孔术(CLP)后大鼠外周血多形核白细胞(polymorphonuclearleukocyte,PMN)中B细胞淋巴瘤/白血病-2(B-celllymphoma/leukemia-2,bcl-2)mRNA表达的变化规律。方法采用逆转录多聚酶链式反应(reversetranscription-polymerasechainreaction,RT-PCR)检测大鼠外周血PMN中bcl-2mRNA的表达。结果CLP术后循环血PMN中bcl-2mRNA表达逐渐增高,达峰值后开始降低,但仍明显高于正常。结论bcl-2mRNA表达的增高在脓毒症的发病机制中起着重要的作用。 [Objective] To evaluate the changes of bcl-2 mRNA expression in systemic blood PMNs after CLP in rats. [Methods] To adopt RT-PCR to detect bcl-2 mRNA expression in systemic blood PMNs. [Results] The bcl- 2 mRNA expression in systemic blood PMNs rised gradually after CLP, it began to decrease after reaching peak, but higher than normal. [Conclusions] The rise of bcl-2 mRNA expression acts as an important role in sepsis pathogenesis.
