心脏机械瓣膜置换术后华法林钠的应用调查与分析

Study use of warfarin sodium after mechanical heart valve replacement

目的研究心脏机械瓣膜置换术后华法林钠的应用。方法调查2000年1月￣2004年9月心脏机械瓣膜置换患者633例。统计分析其术后华法林钠的应用情况及并发症。结果术后长期应用华法林钠患者为620人。其中出现严重并发症者11例(1.77%)。结论华法林钠应用在心机械瓣膜置换术后已成常规,但可引起一些致命性并发症。

[Objective] To investigate the use of warfarin sodium after mechanical heart valve replacement. [Methods] Investigate 633 patients who received mechanical heart valve replacement from January 2001 to September 2004. Analysis the use of warfarin sodium. [Results] 620 patients use warfarin sodium regularly. Severe complications occured in 11 patients （1.77%）. [Conclusions] It＇s routine to use warfarin sodium after mechanical heart valve replacement. But some fatal complications may occur.
