会阴超声对女性压力性尿失禁的诊断价值

Role of perineal sonography in diagnosis of women with stress urinary incontinence

目的探讨会阴超声对女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的诊断价值。方法22例SUI患者和30例正常对照者分别在静态和应力状态(Valsalva膀胱加压)时,对适度充盈的膀胱采用会阴超声,测量膀胱颈和耻骨联合的距离,膀胱尿道后角(α角),尿道角(β角)。结果SUI与对照组α角,β角在静态和应力状态差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。SUI组膀胱尿道活动度增加(P<0.05)。结论会阴超声在SUI的诊断中具有重要作用。

[Objective] The aim of the study was to determine the role of perineal sonography in diagnosis of women with stress urinary incontinence. [Methods] Twenty-two patients with stress urinary incontinence and thirty age-matched control patients were included in the study. Electronic measurements of the distance between the bladder neck and the symphysis pubis, the posterior urethra-vesical angle （alpha angle）and the urethral angle （beta angle） by means of perineal uhrasonography with a comfortably full bladder at rest, stress（during the Valsalva manoeuvre）. [Results] The posterior urethra-vesieal angle （alpha angle）and the urethral angle （beta angle） was found to be significantly different between the study and control groups both at rest and on straining （P 〈0.05）. Urethrovesieal mobility was increased in patients with stress urinary incontinence （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Perineal sonography has an important role in diagnosing patients with stress urinary incontinence.
