利尿合剂在慢性肺心病合并右心衰治疗中的疗效分析

Effect of compounded diuretic in treating chronic cor pulmonale with heart dysfunction

目的探讨利尿合剂治疗慢性肺心病合并右心衰的疗效。方法54例慢性肺心病合并右心衰病人,随机分成治疗组28例,对照组26例。对照组给予一般治疗和强心、利尿、扩血管等常规治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上静脉用利尿合剂替代口服利尿药,2周后观察比较组的疗效。结果治疗组显效16例,有效10例,总有效率92.8%;对照组显效12例,有效6例,总有效率69.2%,两组的疗效在统计学上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论利尿合剂治疗慢性肺心病合并右心衰疗效明显,不仅改善心功能,并且可以缩短纠正心衰的时间。

Objective To study the effect of compounded diuretic when it was used to treat the chronic cor pulmonale with heart dysfunction. Methods 54 patients with chroniccor pulmonaleand heart dysfunction were divided twogroups; the treatment group of 28 patients was treated with compounded diuretic, which composed of aminophylline and furosemide. The control group of 26 patients had regular treatment without compounded diuretic. The heart functions were evaluated 2 weeks after the treatment. Results Compared with pre-treatment condition, the heart functions of two groups had been improved in weeks. The rate of efficiency of the control group was 69.2% and for the treatment group it was 92.8%. The effect was significantly different in the two groups. Conclusion Compounded diuretic is effective in improving the heart function with chronic eor pulmonale and has few side effects.
