Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭合并医源性代谢性碱中毒32例分析

Clinical analysis of 32 cases of II respiratory failure with latrogenic metabolic alkalosis

目的探讨Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭合并医源性代谢性碱中毒的原因与防治。方法结合动脉血气分析结果,分析32例Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭合并医源性代谢性碱中毒的临床特点。结果Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭合并代谢性碱中毒的原因96.9%与药物使用不当有关。结论Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者的治疗应结合血气分析的结果并恰当的使用药物是预防医源性代谢性碱中毒的方法之一。

Objective To study cause and prevention of Ⅱ respiratory failure with iatrogenic metabolic alkalosis. Methods Clinical features of 32 individuals with Ⅱ respiratory failure with iatrogenic metabolic alkalosis were analyzed in combination with artery blood gas. Results Improper drug use was significantly associated with development of Ⅱ respiratory failure with metabolic alkalosis （96.6 %）. Conclusion Proper use of drug is one of the important ways in the prevention of iatrogenic metabolic alkalosis when treating Ⅱ respiratory failure.
