摘要
制备了一种骨架为氯化聚丙烯、支链为聚乙二醇的新型相变材料。利用聚乙二醇从结晶态到无定形态之间的转变,实现该材料的储能和释能,整个过程中材料始终保持为固体。叙述了该相变材料的合成方法,讨论了它的相变机理及特点等。结果表明,该新型固态相变材料相变焓较大,具有很好的应用价值和发展前途。
A new kind of solid phase change material (PCM) prepared in our laboratory has been studied in this paper. In this PCM, polyethylene glycol (PEG) has been taken as functional branches, with which the energy storage and energy release can be proceeded by phase transition between its crystal state and amorphous state. And chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) has been taken as a skeleton, which ensures the solid nature of PCM during the phase transition. The result shows that the new functional material prepared has great value in use and infinite prospect of development potential.
