摘要
采用4,4′-二氯二苯砜和4,4′-二氟二苯甲酮及精制工业硫化钠为反应单体,采用分批投料、逐步聚合的方式,在N-甲基吡咯烷酮中进行常压缩聚,合成了线型高分子量的聚苯硫醚砜酮共聚物(PPSS/K),考察了不同反应条件对分子量的影响;并用红外、紫外光谱对聚合物结构进行了表征,用TG等手段对聚合物热性能进行了表征,发现该聚合物的玻璃化温度Tg随着酮含量的增加而降低、热稳定性随着酮含量的增加而增加;结果表明,合成的树脂为线型高分子量的PPSS/K树脂,具有优良的热性能。
High molecular weight copoly(phenylene sulfide sulfone/ketone) was synthesized at normal pressure by the polycondensation of sodium sulfide (NazS-xHzO) with 4,4'-dichlorobenosulfone (DCDPS) 4,4'-difludibenzophenone (DFBP) in NMP. Polycondensation was conducted beteew 180℃-202℃, and in the presence of water. Reaction at about 200℃ for 4 h was observed to produce the highest molecular weight. The structure of copolymers was characterized by means of IR, UV and ^1H-NMR. DSC and TG show that lower Tg and higher thermal stability result from increasing ketone content of the PPSS/K copolymer.
