原位合成丙烯酸钠制备EVM吸水膨胀橡胶 被引量:13

摘要 采用原位生成丙烯酸钠(N aAA)增强乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯橡胶(EVM),制得高性能的吸水膨胀橡胶。研究了N aAA用量对EVM硫化胶吸水前后力学性能的影响,并考察了N aAA用量及浸泡介质对EVM硫化胶吸水膨胀性能的影响。结果表明,N aAA对EVM硫化胶具有明显的增强效果;N aAA原位改性的EVM硫化胶具有较好的吸水膨胀性能,N aAA用量为50 phr时,最高吸水率为278.3%;浸泡介质中离子的引入使EVM硫化胶的吸水率下降;FT-IR分析表明,在混炼过程中生成了N aAA,在硫化过程中N aAA发生聚合反应。 EVM vulcanziate with good performance and high water-swellable properties was reinforced by in situ prepared sodium acrylate (NaAA). Through the neutralization of sodium hydroxide (NaOH) and acrylic acid (AA), NaAA was in-situ prepared in ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVM) during mixing and used to reinforce EVM cured by dicumyl peroxide (DCP). The effects of NaAA content on the mechanical properties and water-swellable properties were studied. The experimental results show that NaAA has good reinforcement for the EVM vulcanizate. EVM vulcanziate reinforced by NaAA has higher water absorbing rate and equilibrium water zbsorbing ratio. When the NaAA content is 50 phr, the maximum water-absorbing ratio of EVM vulcanziate is 278.3%. With the incorporation of ion into immersing media, the water-absorption ratio of EVM vulcanizates decreases. FT-IR analysis confirms that NaAA formed in the process of compounding and underwent polymerization during vulcanization.
