The Change of Students’ Learning and Teachers’ Part under the Circumstance of Network Teaching

网络环境下,课堂教学基本模式发生了深刻的变化,教师由"教学"转变为"导学",教师的角色也因此由单纯的知识传授者变为学生学习的向导、参谋、激励者、帮助者和管理者等.为"扮演"好教师的多重角色,发挥其"导学"作用,教师要适时地转变教育观念,熟练掌握和应用现代教育技术,跟踪现代教育思想的发展,不断更新知识、完善自我,以适应未来教育的需要.

Under the circumstance of network teaching, the basic pattern of class teaching has taken radically change. The teacher, turning “teaching” into “guiding”, thus the role of teacher has become a guider of student from simple knowledge initiator, brainman, inspirator, aid and administer etc. For playing multiroles and exert good teacher＇s effect of “guiding”, the teacher has to change education notion with time, on top of modem education technology, run after the development of modern education idea, update information constantly, perfect oneself to meet future requirement.
