浅谈社会主义与市场经济的有机结合——兼论所有制结构和产权制度的创新

On Combination of Socialism and Market Economy—Innovations of the Ownership Structure and the System of Property Right

建立社会主义市场经济体制是中国共产党对马克思主义经济理论的贡献,但深层次体制问题的显现表明,对社会主义如何与市场经济有机结合问题的解决进入了更高更难的历史阶段,为此应该以科学发展观为指导,贯彻落实“五个统筹”,同时要加快所有制结构和产权制度的创新。

The establishment of the socialist market economy is a contribution made to the theory of Marxism economy by the Communist Party of China. However, the arising problem of systems indicates that the solution of the combination of the socialism and the market economy goes into the advanced and more arduous historical stage; therefore, we should carry out “five comprehensive arrangements” with the idea of scientific development. Meanwhile, the innovation of the structure of system of ownership and the system of property right should be sped up.
