Structure of Sci-Tech Periodical Editors' Psychological Quality and Its Optimization

科技期刊编辑心理素质结构主要是性格品质中的态度、情感和意志,心理能力中的认知能力和心理适应能力,心理动力中的动机和兴趣等。提出了优化编辑心理素质的途径:塑造良好的性格品质,培养高水平的心理能力,激发强烈的心理动力。

It is concluded that the structure of sci-tech periodical editors＇ psychological quality are attitude, emotion and will in personal characters; recognizability and mental adaptability in psychological ability; as well as motive and interest in psychological power. Accordingly the approaches to optimize the editors＇ psychological quality are proposed as follows： bringing up excellent personal characters, developing high-level psychological ability, and inspiring intensive psychological power.
