摘要
三峡左岸550kV开关站在初设阶段布置仅限于厂坝间,采用一列式,由此而带来一系列技术经济问题。为优化GIS布置方案,笔者提出将其布置在临时船闸右侧的新方案(优化方案)。优化方案在技术上是可行的,运行的可靠性提高,有利于首批机组提前发电,维修简便,通风散热条件好;经济效益巨大,可节约工程投资3.67亿元。
In preliminary design stage, the AC 550kV GIS in left powerplant of the Three Gorges Project was limited between the powerplant and the dam and arranged in single column,as would produce a series of technical and economic problems. In order to optimize the layout scheme of the GlS, the author puts forward in this paper a new scheme(optimized scheme), in which the GIS is located in right side of the temporary shiplock. The optimized scheme is feasible in technology, in addition to that, it has the following advantages: improvement of reliability in operation, which is beneficial to generation of electricity ahcad of schedule by the first generating units; easy to maintain; good condition of ventilation and dissipation of heat;great economic results,saving project investment of 367 million RM B Yuan.
