摘要
我国企业债券市场创新的特征主要表现为政府的强制性干预、创新的形式较低以及创新的不连续等,其制度缺陷表现为政府主导型的外在制度安排、政企不分的产权制度以及缺乏完善的基础性制度安排。我国企业债券市场制度创新的思路与对策主要是完善并修订相关法律法规,加快现代企业制度建设,加强市场基础性制度建设。
China＇ s corporate bond market innovation is characterized by government intervention, low level of innovation form, incontinuous innovation, etc. Its institutional drawback is embodied by external government guiding institutional arrangement, equity system with no classification of government or enterprise, absence of perfect fundamental institutional arrangement. The philosophy and countermeasure for China＇ s corporate bond market innovation are to consummate and revise the related laws and regulations, quickening modern enterprise system construction and strengthening market fundamental institutional arrangement.
