实施人才强校战略,不断建设高素质的教师队伍——纪念西藏自治区成立40周年

Implementation of the Strategy of Building High Quality of Capacity to Strengthen Schools——Commemoration of the 40 Years of Establishment of Tibet Autonomous Region

改革开放以来,特别是中央召开第三次、四次西藏工作座谈会以来,自治区党委、政府实施“科教兴藏”战略。我区各高校大力推进高等教育管理体制改革,调整学科结构和专业设置,实施“人才强校”战略,在师资队伍建设方面取得了卓有成效的工作。文章就我区近几年师资总量与师资结构发生的变化, 师资队伍建设的基本做法,师资队伍建设取得的主要成效做了简要阐述。

Since the implementation of the Opening Policy, especially the holding of the third and the fourth conferences on Tibet by the Central Government, the Tibet Autonomous Region Government （TAR） has carried out the strategy of Enhancing Education to Develop Tibet. TAR Government has considerably advanced the reform of tertiary education management and has adjusted structures of learning subjects and curriculums and has implemented the correspondent strategy Building High Quality of Capacity to Strengthen Schools. All of these have enormously enhanced teachers＇ team of main achievements in building teachers＇ capacity within tertiary institutions. The Article briefly discusses the these years.
