盐酸氨溴索对急性肺损伤大鼠血浆一氧化氮、诱导型一氧化氮合酶含量的影响

Effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection to plasm NO and iNOS content of acute lung injury rat model

目的 探讨盐酸氨溴索对急性肺损伤大鼠血浆NO，iNOS含量的影响。方法 将20只大鼠分成对照组（A组）、ALI模型组（B组）、ALI加常规剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗组（C组）、ALI加大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗组（D组）。A组采用生理盐水尾静脉注射，其余3组均采用尾静脉注射油酸的方式制作急性肺损伤大鼠模型，C、D组在注射油酸后，经腹腔注射不同剂量的盐酸氨溴索，A、B组腹腔内注射生理盐水，4h后．观察各组小鼠的呼吸次数和紫绀情况，同时取血，测量血浆中NO、iNOS的含量。结果 A、B、C、D四组的血浆NO含量的均值分别为：（0．500±0．057）μmol／L、（1．092±0．211）μmol／L、（0．752±0．164）μmol／L、（0．710±0．118）μmol／L。iNOS的含量分别为（0．754±0．047）μmol/L、（1．252±0．425）U/mgprot，（0．638±0．073）U/mgprot，（0．588±0．059）U/mgprot。结论 （1）盐酸氨溴索可以降低急性肺损伤大鼠的血浆NO和iNOS的含量；（2）常规治疗量和大剂量的盐酸氨溴索的作用效果相同。

Objective To explore the effect of ambroxol hydrochloride injection to plasm NO and iNOS content of acute lung injury rat model. Methods 20 rats were randomly divided into 4 groups： Control group （group A）,ALI group （group B）,ALI＋normal dose of ambroxol hydrochloride injection group （group C） and ALI＋large dose of ambroxol hydrochloride injection group（group D）.Except rats of group A, the others were injected with oleic acid through caudal vein,and rats of group C and D were then injected with ambroxol hydrochloride through abdominal cavity after the oleic acid injection.Blood sample were taken 4 hours after these treatment and the plasm content of NO and iNOS were detected. Results The mean plasm NO content of group A,B,C,D was （0.500±0.057）μmol/L, （1.092±0.211） μ mol/L, （0.752±0.164） μ mol/L, （0.710±0.118） μmol/L respectively.The mean plasm iNOS content of group A, B,C,D was （0.754±0.047） U/mgprot, （1.252±0.425） U/mgprot, （0.638±0.073） U/mgprot, （0.588± 0.059） U/mgprot respectively. Conclusion （ 1 ）Ambroxol hydrochlorid injection can decreas the plasma content of NO and iNOS . （2）The normal or large dose of ambroxol hydrochlorild injection has the same effect on the plasm NO and iNOS content of ALI rats.
