氧高压治疗亲血红蛋白毒物及其它毒物中毒

Treatment to toxicants poisoning of hemoglobin-binding and others with Hyperbaric oxygen

高压氧（Hyperbaric oxygen，HBO）治疗技术是运用高于正常大气的压力来提高组织和体液的氧溶解量，该技术广泛地用于多种毒物（亲血红蛋白毒物，抑制内呼吸毒物和抑制中枢神经系统毒物等）中毒的救治。为指导该技术的合理应用，本文综述了各种毒物中毒的表现和高压氧的治疗原则。尽管现有资料表明高压氧可有效治疗多种毒物中毒，但更为重要的是针对不同疾病、不同患者应采取不同的治疗模式、时机和时程。另外，综合治疗不容忽视。

hyperbaric oxygen （HBO） is the fascinating use of barometric pressure for delivering increased oxygen dissolved in plasma of body tissues. This has led to the widespread use of HBO in the management of patients with multiple toxicant poisoning including hemoglobin-binding, internal respiration and central nervous system inhibition. To ensure the appropriate use of this technology, this article gives a brief overview of the signs and symptoms of poisoning, the rationale and applications of this therapy. Although existing literature show intoxicated patients are benefited with addition of hyperbaric oxygen, it is important that different patients with different diseases shoud be treated with different mode, timing and duration. Additionally general therapy can not be neglected.
