摘要
采用5种培养体系,加入不同激素,并设置不同浓度梯度,观察发菜的生长状况.结果表明:BG11培养基中的发菜生长情况好于其他培养途径中的发菜,加入1 mg/L NAA对发菜生长具有明显的促进作用,而NAA+6-BA对发菜的生长有抑制作用.
The effects of five different culture mediums on Nostoc flagelliforrne growth rate were studied. The results indicated that explants on the medium BG11 showed better grow than others. The growth can be promoted when supplemented with 1 mg/L NAA. However, the growth rate of Nostoc flagelliforrne was inhibited when supplemented with NAA+6-BA.
