真空脱氯系统的技术改造

摘要 针对真空脱氯工艺中存在的淡盐水脱氯效果差、淡盐水流量大等问题进行了技术改造:增加1台换热器,采用封闭内循环的方式,将从真空脱氯分离器出来的高温氯水降温后返回真空,作为液环式脱氯真空泵的密封用水,使多余的氯水经溢流进入淡盐水槽。改造后可提高脱氯效果,减少亚硫酸钾用量。 The technical innovation has been carried out in accordance with the existing problems in the vacuum dechlorination, such as the bad effect of dechlorination and the big flow rate of dilute brine. One heat exchanger is added in order that the high - temperature chlorine water from vacuum dechlorination seperator can be cooled down and sent back into the vacuum pumps; internally closed circulation is adopted so as to supply the sealing water for the liquid - circulation dechlorination vacuum pumps and make the excess chlorine water overflow into the dilute brine tank. After innovation, the dechlorination effect has been improved and the use level of potassium sulfite has reduced.
