摘要
目的探讨EHF疫苗接种者特异性抗体应答与HLA-I类分子遗传多态性的相关性。方法对60名贵州省世居三代以上健康志愿者进行EHF双价灭活疫苗标准全程接种,共3次(第0、7、28天),末次接种后2周用间接免疫荧光法(IFA)检测血清抗EHF抗体水平,效价≥1:640为高应答者;效价≤1:80为低应答者。同时对受试者进行HLA-I类抗原多态性检测。结果高应答者15人(25.0%),低应答者9人(15.0%);低应答者与HLA-B46有显著相关性,RR=8.125,X2=4.83,P<0.050结论在贵州人群中,EHF疫苗接种后HLA-B46表型阳性个体的抗体应答水平明显低于其它个体。
Objective To study the relationship between the special immune response to epidemic hemorrhagic fever(EHF) vaccine and HLA-Ⅰ polymorphism in human.Methods Sixty health volunteers from Guizhou province were subjected to a standard course of immunization with EHF defunct vaccine three times.The serum level of anti - EHF antibody were detected with IFA 2 weeks after the last immunization.The individuals with titre ≥ 1:640 were high - responders and titre ≤ 1:80 low - responders. HLA - Ⅰ polymorphism was determined in the 60 subjects. Resuits Fifteen subjects (25.0%) were high - responders and 9 ( 15.0% ) were low - responders. The low - responders to EHF vaccine were positively associated with HLA- 1346 (RR = 8. 125, X^2 = 4.83, P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The level of immune response to EHF vaccine in the individuals beating HLA- B46 antigen was significantly lower in Guizhou than that in the others.
