摘要
根据系统管理理论,企业的组织管理问题是一个系统管理问题.激励机制是企业系统的一个重要组成部分,其本身又满足系统构成的条件,独立为一个系统,并具有整体性、层次性、全息性、特征时空、开放性和对初始状态的敏感依赖性等基本特征.研究激励机制的系统特征,对企业的激励实践具有理论指导意义.
From the view of Theory of System Management, corporation management is a problem of system management. Incentive mechanism is one of the important components of corporation system ; meanwhile it is an independent system. The basic characteristics of incentive mechanism consist of entirety, hierarchy, holography, characteristic time and space, openness and sensitive dependence on initial state. The study on characteristics of incentive mechanism in this paper provides theoretical base for incentive practice of corporation.
