Application of ABS Financing Method of Accelerates Railway Construction Project

ABS融资方式虽然起步晚,但广泛应用于各国基础设施建设的一种融资方式.在介绍应用ABS项目融资优点上,同时结合我国铁路建设的现状,分析了我国铁路建设尤其是高速铁路建设和客运专线建设运用ABS融资模式的可行性.

Although the financing method of ABS starts late, it is a widely used financing method in infrastructure construction of various countries. This paper analyzes the feasibility of using the financing method of ABS in express railway construction and special line construction of passenger transportation in railway construction of our country by introducing advantages of using the ABS financing with the present situation of railway construction in our country.
