对如何加强高校思想政治教育工作队伍素质建设,提出了相应的思路,即加强教师队伍的思想道德建设,充分发挥教书育人的功能;加强学生思想政治教育工作专兼职队伍的业务素质建设,不断提高管理育人水平;加强学生思想政治教育理论队伍的政治理论素质建设,充分发挥主渠道作用。

This paper advances a thinking about how to enhance the quality construction of ideological political education working staff in institutions of higher learning, that is to reinforce the education of ideology and ethics of teachers so as to exert their functions of cultivating the person as well as teaching, to reinforce the quality building of fulltime and part - time working staff of student ideological and political education so as to increase the management, to reinforce the building of the working staffs political theory quality so as to exert fully the functions of the main channel.
