摘要
原始信号的获取及预处理的精度决定着机械状态监测与诊断系统能否正常工作。在分析了振动信号固有特性的基础上,提出了一种基于频域积分的振动参量转换波形修正算法。该方法简单实用,具有很好的精度和通用性,为各种精密分析诊断软件提供了足够精度的数据和信息。该算法已应用于设备在线监测与故障诊断系统(IDPM-4A)中,并取得了很好的效果,为判断机组运行状态提供了很好的依据。
The precision of the original signal and its pretreatment determines the effect of the condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of rotating machine set. Based on the analysis of the inherent characteristic of the signal, an algorithm that called the modification of the vibration parameter transform based on frequency domain integration is introduced. It is a simple and effective method, and has good precision for the analysis software. This method has been used in the on-line condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system(IDPM-4A) for the mechanical equipment, and provided accurate data and information for estimating the nmning condition.
