摘要
随着发动机电控技术研究的发展,对发动机测试试验提出了更高的要求。一般的单片机采集系统不能满足对于大量高速的数据采集。文章所述的数据采集系统是以高速单片机DS89C420为核心部件的工作系统,能够对各种电信号进行处理、运算,实现对曲轴角度传感器的信号进行判断并依据伺服电机光电编码器的反馈脉冲进行曲轴上止点和活塞行程数据的连续采集。
With the development of the research on electronic controlled engine, new requirement has been put forward to the engine test. The commonly Data Acquisition System of MCU cannot fulfill large numbers of data collection. This system is mainly basing on the MCU DS89CA20, on basis of processing and calculation of various electric signals, it can adjudge the signal of crank angle sensor. According to the feedback impulse of server electromotor photoelectric coder, it can samples data of top dead center and piston distance continuously.
