文章阐明了数字化工厂系统对制造业的巨大作用,研究国外数字化工厂软件在汽车等制造业领域的应用。由于国内外生产自动化的差别,结合国内的发展现状,开发适用于本国的数字化工厂软件的工艺规划子系统。介绍数字化工厂的概念及其实现的广阔前景,分析工艺规划子系统各模块的功能,以及和数字化工厂其它子系统的关系。最后,论述了工艺规划子系统对整个数字化工厂软件完善的重要性。

The paper expounds that the great impact of digital factory system on manufacturing, and researches the digital factory software in other countries. Because of difference between inland and outland, with the development of the domestic manufacturing, we exploit a technics programming subsystem of digital factory system. The paper introduces the concept and the wide foreground of digital factory, analyzes every module function of the technics programming subsystem, and the relation between it and other subsystems of digital factory. Finally, it states the essentiahty of technics programming subsystem for the digital factory system.
