摘要
反求工程是实现自由曲面零件数字化仿制和改进的一项重要技术,其内容涉及自由曲面的测量、曲面重建、数控加工和精度检测等方面.从自由曲面测量规划、测点数据曲面重建、测量加工一体化技术等方面综述了面向自由曲面的反求工程研究现状.其中,自由曲面的测量规划主要分析了曲面(包括已知曲面和未知曲面)测点的自适应布置、测量路径的优化研究当前存在的问题,提出了相应的改进方法,而曲面的重建则主要从复杂曲面的分区域测量建模和测量数据的直接加工方面作了研究.另外,为了实现对自由曲面反求工程所涉及的各项技术的集成,还专门对自由曲面测量重建加工一体化技术的发展情况作了介绍,最后分析了该项技术的发展趋势和下一步研究的重点.
Reverse engineering is an important technology in realizing the duplication and modifying of freeform surface parts, which includes measuring, modeling, manufacturing and inspecting of freeform surface. The paper studies the current research status of measurement path planning, surface reconstruction of measured points and integrated technology oriented to the reverse engineering of freeform surface. Discusses the problems existed in the measurement path planning such as the adaptive layout of the measured points and the optimization of the measurement path, and proposes the method to solve the problems. It also studies the modeling and directly manufacturing of complicated surface based on the measured points respectively in the surface reconstruction, and in addition, introduces the development of the measuring modeling and manufacturing integrated technology to realize the integration of the above technology which included in the reverse engineering of the freeform surface, and finally analyzes the developing tendency and key problems of the technology.
