摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法测定水果中哒螨酮残留含量.色谱柱为YMCpackODS(4.6mmi.d×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇水(体积比85∶15),在240nm波长处检测.研究结果表明:在0.51～5.12mg/L范围内,哒螨酮的峰面积(A)与其质量浓度(C)的线性关系良好,回归方程为A=518.0767C+649.7091(r=0.9998);哒螨酮加标回收率为93.71%～98.89%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.57%;该方法简便、准确、灵敏,适用于水果中哒螨酮残留的检测.
A simple method for determining pyidaben residues in fruits with RP-HPLC is developed. The chromatographic conditions are as follows ： YMC-pack ODS （4. 6 mm i. d×150 mm column,5μm） , V （ methanol ）：V（H2O）=85：15 mobile phase and UV detector at 240 nm. The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0. 51 mg/L-5.12 mg/L pyidaben （r=0. 999 8）. The recoveries of pyidaben are between 93.71%-98.89%, and its RSD is 2. 57%. The convenient, accurate and sensitive method is particularly suitable for determining pyidaben in fruits.
