人口、资源、环境是当今全球性的三大问题.人口作为社会的主体,是实现人类可持续发展的重要前提,而资源的永续利用与环境的合理保护是实现可持续发展的重要保障.在21世纪经济迅猛发展的今天,人口、资源、环境之间的矛盾日趋尖锐.首先从人类活动带来的资源环境问题入手,简要分析了人口和环境资源之间的相互依赖和制约关系,利用非线性理论建立了资源环境对人类活动影响的Logistic模式,说明了资源以及环境对人类活动影响和人类可持续发展的重要作用,并据此提出了我国人口资源环境可持续发展的策略建议.

Population, resources and environment are the three serious problems all over the world. Population is not only the principal part of the society, but also the important precondition of the sustainable development of the human beings. The long-term and sustainable utilization of the resources and the rational protection of the environment are important qualifications of the sustainable development. But in the epoch when the economy is rapidly developing in the 21st century, the conflict among the population, resources and environment is getting more and more serious. Starting with the question of resources and environment resulted from the human activities, this article simply analyzes the interrelation of dependence and restriction of population, resources, and environment, raises a logical model by using nonlinear theory which is the effect of resources and environment on human activities, expounds the importance of resources and environment on human activities and the sustainable human, and accordingly puts forward the strategies and suggestions of the sustainable development of human, resources and environment in our country.
