摘要
本实验建立了HPLC法测定烟酰水杨酸及其代谢产物,该法灵敏度高、准确性和重现性好;并考察了烟酰水杨酸在人工胃液、人工肠液、体外血浆中的稳定性,实验结果显示烟酰水杨酸在胃液中较稳定,表明该化合物在酸性环境中不易被破坏,在肠液中水解较胃液中快,不稳定,易被碱破坏,在体外血浆中,烟酰水杨酸水解较快,提示该化合物易被血浆中的酯酶破坏。
This experiment studied the stability of notinylsalicylic acid in gastric juice, intestinal juice and plasma in vitro. Nicotinylsalicylic acid, nicotinic acid and salicylic acid were determined by method of HPLC. The method was accurate and stable. The experiment showed that nicotinylsalicylic acid was stable in artifiacial gastric juice and artificial intestinal juice while it was unstable in plasma of rabit in vitro. The results indicated nicotinylsalicylic acid was not easy to be hydrolyzed in acid, but it was hydrolyzed in intestinal and destroy in plasma by enzyme.
