曲马多、芬太尼及哌替啶对肾素—血管紧张素及皮质醇影响的比较研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用临床常用剂量的曲马多(2mg/kg)静脉注射,观察对血浆肾素活性(PRA)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AⅡ)及血清皮质醇(CO)含量的影响,并与芬太尼及哌替啶作对照。结果:曲马多组在用药后3个时相中(10min、60min及120min)血内PRA、AⅡ及CO含量均较稳定,芬太尼组亦有相近的结果,哌替啶组则在用药后10minAⅡ直升高(P<0.05)、120minCO含量升高(P<0.05)。结合本组对血流动力学的观察,我们认为在维持机体内环境的稳定上,曲马多较哌替啶为优;这可能与该剂量曲马多对循环功能影响较小且无呼吸抑制作用有关。 The effects of intravenous Tramadol (2mg /kg) on plasma renin activity (PRA ), angiotensin Ⅱ (A Ⅱ ) and cortisol were studied and compared with that of Fentanyl (2ug /kg ) and Pethidine (1mg /kg ) in 15 dogs by radioimmunoassary emthod.The results revealed that the three parameters mentioned above and hemodynamics measutements in tramadol group were stable at 10, 60 and 120 min after injection, and similar results was observed in Fentanyl group. In Pethidine group,however, A Ⅱ and cortisol increased markedly at 10 min and 120 min (P<0. 05) respectively after injection.In conjunction with the observation on the hemodynamics in this group, we believed that Tramadol was better than Pethidine in keeping stability of internal conditions of the body, which might be corelated with that tramadol has a smaller influence on circulatory function and no suppressive effect on respiration.
