摘要
本文以C18色谱柱,甲醇-水为流动相,在检测波长352nm下对侧三(1-甲硫基-1-甲胺基-2-硝基乙烯)的含量进行了测定。建立了直接、快速测定侧三含量的高效液相色谱分析方法。同一样品5次检测,RSD<1.1%。
The content of 1- methylamine- 1- methylthio- 2- nitro ethylene was determinatered by HPLC. The conditions as follows： column, C18 ;mobile phase,methanol and water; detector wavelength, 352nm. It＇s a convenient and reliable method for determination of 1-methylamino-1-methylthio-2- nitro ethylene. RSD was smaller than 1.1% for five times measurement with the same sample.
