尼可地尔及罂粟碱对冠状动脉旁路移植术大隐静脉血管桥血管舒张功能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨钾离子通道开放剂(PCOs)尼可地尔(NCR)和罂粟碱对大隐静脉血管桥血管舒张功能的影响。方法采用器官槽法,研究分别用重碳酸盐缓冲液(KH)、含0.1mmol/LNCR的KH、含1.2mmol/L罂粟碱的KH浸泡大隐静脉血管环1小时,检测三者平衡后引发的血管收缩舒张反应。结果与单纯浸泡于KH的血管环相比,含0.1mmol/LNCR的KH、含1.2mmol/L罂粟碱的KH中的血管环都能较好地舒张,后二者之间无明显差别。电镜见含罂粟碱溶液浸泡的血管内皮细胞有较重的损伤。结论尼可地尔和罂粟碱对冠状动脉旁路移植术大隐静脉血管桥都具有良好的舒张功能。罂粟碱损伤血管内皮。 OBJECTIVE To study the effects of potassium channel opener (PCOs), nicorandil (NCR) and papaverine on the relaxation of great saphenous vein during coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). METHODS A fresh great saphenous vein obtained from CABG was cut into 3mm thickness rings. The rings were randomly divided into different groups. The organ chamber technique was used to study the coronary rings tension. After equilibration, the rings were incubated respectively in Krebs - Henseleit bicarbonate buffer ( KH), KH with 0. 1 mmol/L NCR, and KH with 1.2mmol papaverine for 1 hour. And then the contraction and relaxation response to the above three buffers were assessed. RESULTS No significant change was observed on rings in KH. Rings in both KH with 0.1 mmol/L NCR and KH with 1. 2 mmol/L papaverine showed obvious relaxation. There was no significant difference between the NCR group and the papaverine group. However, endothelial damage was observed in presence of papaverine under electronic microscope. CONCLUSION NCR and papverine have similar relaxation effect on saphena rings obtained from CABG. Papaverine do damage to endothelial cells.
