矽宁治疗矽肺的临床疗效观察

ClinicalobservationsofthetherapeuticefectsofXininonpatientswithsilicosis

观察新药矽宁对矽肺的疗效。治疗组矽肺患者１５７例，每日口服矽宁３００ｍｇ，共治疗１２个月；对照组患者８８例，服用安慰剂。结果显示，疗后患者的咳嗽、咯痰、胸痛及呼吸困难等症状明显改善，有效率分别为６２．０％～７３．０％；患者的感冒及支气管肺部感染明显减少；Ｘ线胸片病变处于好转或稳定状态，与对照组相比差异有显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０５）；疗后的肺通气功能（ＦＶＣ及ＦＥＶ１）比疗前有明显增加（Ｐ＜０．０１）；血清铜蓝蛋白活性比疗前明显降低。上述结果提示矽宁具有显著的疗效。

Thetherapeuticefectsofanewantisilicoticdrug,Xinin,onpatientswithsilicosiswereobserved.Xininwasadministeredoralyto157casesatadosageof300mgdailyfor12months.Placebowasalsogivenoralyto88casesatthesamedosageincontrolgroup.Theresultsshowedthatthesymp-tomaticimprovementincough,sputumexpectoration,chestpain,dyspneaandfrequencyofatacksofrespiratoryinfectionwasobservedinthetreatedgroup,therateofimprovementwas62.0%to73.0%.ChestX-rayfilmsinthetreatedpatientsappearedregressionorstationaryandthereweresignificantdiferencesbetweenthetreatedgroupandcontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thepulmonaryfunctions(FVC,FEV1)inthepatientsaftertreatmentbecamebeterandserumceruloplasmincontentwaslowerthanthatbeforetreatment.ItissuggestedthatXininhasobviousclinicaltherapeuticefectsonthepatientswithsilicosis.
