当地化、一体化:子公司战略角色的文献述评 被引量:7

摘要 本文对以当地化、一体化为框架,分别对跨国公司战略、跨国公司海外子公司战略及其演变进行了文献综述。由于中国转型经济与发达国家成熟经济存在差别,而国内有关跨国公司在华子公司战略角色问题的研究为数不多,因而对跨国公司在华子公司的战略角色及其演变的路径和影响因素进行研究有其必要性。
