Promoting the Development of the Archival Cause with the Concept of the Scientific Development

论述了在新形势下以科学发展观为指导,走新型档案发展之路的重要性和必要性,指出要搞好档案工作,必须坚持以人为本,把服务作为档案事业发展的第一要务,同时要加强档案信息化建设,大力实施档案人才战略工程。

This paper discusses on the importance and necessity of breaking new paths of developing the archival cause under the guidance of the concept of the scientific development under the new situation, and points out that doing well the archival work must persist in the people-based principle, put the service onto the first place of the development of the archival cause, and strengthen the construction of the archival informatization, and carry out the archival talents strategy.
