This paper makes an objective analysis on the natural and humanistic resources,locational superiority, developing opportunity and existing problems of the Orient-Dinisi Ecological Amusement Park, and also makes a comprehensive evaluation on the developing project of the Orient-Dinisi Ecological Amusement Park in order to provide the basis for the project development and the full utilization of the local touristic resources.
