摘要
基于国内风险投资的现状及特点,分析了目前我国风险投资存在的问题,并提出了我国发展风险投资的政策导向与建议。
Based on the present situation and the features of the domestic venture capital, this paper analyzes on the problems existing in our country＇s current venture capital, and puts forward the policy-guidance and some suggestions for developing the venture capital in our country.
